Worship

The highlight of our week at Crown of Life is our Sunday morning worship at 10 am. Our Sunday service is a weekly remembrance and celebration of Jesus' victory over sin, death and the devil through his death and resurrection. We are a liturgical church. That means we follow the ancient forms of worship used by Christians for thousands of years. We follow these forms because they are an excellent way for us to focus our worship on Jesus Christ. If visitors have questions about our orders of service ushers are available to give directions and answer any other questions.

Our services are open to all people-members and visitors alike. People of all ages are also welcome to attend. Parents with small children do not need to feel uncomfortable about brining their children to church. Jesus wants the little children to hear his Word too. If parents feel their children's crying is disrupting others worshipers, a nursery located in the back of the church blocks out unwanted noise while allowing parents and children to still hear and see the service.

Our sanctuary and upstairs bathroom are both wheelchair accessible. Special accommodations can be made for any events that occur in our church basement which is not wheelchair accessible.

Throughout the year special services are held to observe certain church festivals and holidays. Check the events portions of this site for a listing of these services.

Fellowship

The members of Crown of Life often find opportunity to gather outside our normal worship times for additional fellowship activities. These activities have included hay rides, game nights, picnics, ice cream socials, soup suppers, breakfasts, and many others. These activities are normally held once a month and give the members a chance to grow in their Christian friendships with one another. Visitors are always welcome to join in any of these activities. Check the events portions of this site for a listing of these fellowship activities.

Education

The members of Crown of Life desire to grow in the knowledge of God's Word and his plan of salvation for all people. We have plenty of opportunities to do so through the various classes offered by Crown of Life during the week. Below is a list of the regularly scheduled classes. Visitors are always welcome to attend.

Organizations

Several organizations exist within the congregation that support our work and mission. Please read the descriptions below to find where your talents and abilities might fit in.
